I’ve had a subscription for about 6 months and I need to cancel it. Everytime I go to the website to cancel it says I don’t have an account.

I want to buy the deluxe skin care regimen but i would like to swap out the retinol percentage from .2 to .3%

I ordered a set and I’m missing the eye cream and got two face washes

After using a small skincare set for my first month, I've just received my first 3-month supply. I'm confused as to what the difference (if any) is in these two sets of products.

All of this came with my 3-month order. As far as I can tell, the only difference is the 'clear system' tubes are for acne-prone skin. These were what came with my first month, just in a one-month size. These new tubes are double, so I imagine they are a 2 month supply? But the non-clear system products are 3 month supply.

So I'm basically just looking for clarity as to why I have both options for this 3 month order. I do not have acne-prone skin, so if they all do the same thing I can just keep some as backup in case I run out of the main products.
