I don’t have one single product. I use them as a routine. It’s really the best way to get the most out of this product. Back in the beginning of May 2024 I was 250 pounds and looked every bit of 40 if not older than 40. I said I wanted to become a model and I got laughed at and said I couldn’t do it.
