Lack of response from Geologie Customer Service

I've been a loyal customer for over 4-5 years, and have never had an issue with contacting support. Unfortunately in this case, I've submitted 4 requests that are over a month now, plus I've called and left two voicemails, to no avail. I need to speak to someone ASAP about making changes to my membership and questions about rewards. If no timely response, I'll simply cancel my subscription and move onto a company that is responsive.

Question About a Product

I have a question about a product.



Hi, yes I just wanted to ask if its safe to use both the dandruff shampoo and the strength shampoo together and if so does it matter what order. Also, how often should you use the conditioner? Last but not least. is it safe to use the acne super clean body wash and Hana super clean body wash together and if so, what order? Thanks in advance.

I need to cancel my subscription

I’ve had a subscription for about 6 months and I need to cancel it. Everytime I go to the website to cancel it says I don’t have an account.

Lack of customer service

I was over charged on a recent order. I have called 4 times over 4 days at different times and the line is always busy (using the # on my bank card statement). Looking for customer email on website. Not seeing it. Anyone out there have working contact info? This outfit has gone down hill over the last year so so.
